CANCELLATION POLICY 

Pinawa Motel is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. 

Written cancellation notice is required at info@pinawamotel.com. 

Reservations cancellation or change of arrival date must be done 14 days prior to the original booking arrival date to avoid the full reservation amount charged to your credit card. Cancellation received 14 days prior to check-in date, deposit is refunded minus a $20.00 service charge per room. Cancellations received within 14 days or NO SHOW, deposits will not be refunded.
