RENTAL POLICY
• Waiver: All guests must sign a rental waiver on site before using any equipment.
• Payment & Damage Deposit: Valid ID (18+), payment in full and a $300CAD damage deposit per watercraft (credit‑card preauthorization on site) are required.
• Refunds: There are no refunds for illness, weather, early returns, late arrivals, or non‑usage.
• Cancellation: To cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance (by email only).
• No‑Show: We hold reservations for 15 minutes. If your party has not arrived or called within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your booking may be marked as a no‑show.
• Pickup: All equipment is rented from the motel dock, a short walk from the motel. Equipment is not delivered to other locations. If you wish to use boats elsewhere, you are responsible for transporting them.
